Proposed stadium threatens Hanes Park!
Hanes Park, an oasis in the heart of Winston Salem, is threatened by a proposal from Home Field Advantage to build a high school football stadium and more on the park side of Wiley Middle School property. On Nov. 28, 2012, the WSFC School Board voted to allow Home Field Advantage to commence fundraising for a specific plan which included a 2,200-seat stadium.
