September 2012 Proposal 

All proposed construction would take place on school property at Wiley, bordering Hanes Park. The project is being proposed and funded by: Home Field Advantage, Inc

  • Existing Gym Demolition
  • New Gym & Field House Construction
  • New Roads & Parking
  • Site Re-grading and Stadium Construction

It is significant what is not proposed in this project:

  • No significant parking to be provided — 3000 seats should require approximately 750 parking spaces following the proposed UDO-233 text amendment.

July 2012 Proposal

  • Home Field Advantage, Inc $5 million private money from fund-raising for the new stadium only
